New lawsuit against Marilyn Manson filed in Nassau County accusing him of sexual abuse

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of a Jane Doe who says Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, sexually assaulted her on a tour bus in 1995 when she was 16 years old.

A new lawsuit has been filed against Marilyn Manson in Nassau County.
The suit accuses Manson of "childhood and adult sexual abuse, sexual battery, assault and molestation."
The lawsuit was filed on behalf of a Jane Doe who says Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, sexually assaulted her on a tour bus in 1995 when she was 16 years old.
She says Manson threatened to kill her and her family if she ever spoke out.
Two of Manson's former record labels are also listed in the suit, accused of protecting and promoting the singer.
Manson's attorney told Rolling Stone he does not know the woman.
As News 12 has reported, the rock star has had similar allegations in the past, and has repeatedly denied them all.
