Two suspects were arrested in connection to a series of used cooking oil thefts at Nassau restaurants, according to police.
Nassau police say nine restaurants have been targeted, including Mint in Garden City and Fyre Hibachi Sushi Lounge in Carle Place.
Police say 55-year-old Brooklyn resident Melvin Howell and 49-year-old Queens resident Rodney Lofton were arrested in connection to the crimes.
Officers say they found the suspects by tracking down the box truck they were seen driving.
Howell and Lofton now face multiple counts of grand larceny and are set to face a judge next week.
