Nassau County and New York City police are searching for two men who they say held up five store in less than two hours at gunpoint. Police say the first robbery happened Friday afternoon on Hillside Avenue in Queens, then the men headed to Nassau County. Police say a car stereo store in Elmont was the second stop. The third robbery occurred at a Valley Stream convenience store where the manager says both men were wearing NYPD jackets. He says one of the men demanded money. Robbery number four was back in Queens, and the last stop for the two men was a convenience store near Kennedy Airport. The clerk there says the men stole cash from the registers and from the customers. Police say the two suspects drove away in a black Jeep with tinted windows.
