Two firefighters were injured during a fire in North Amityville, officials said.

The blaze broke out at a commercial building around 10:30 p.m. Thursday.

A total of nine departments responded, including two from Nassau County.

New York State Department of Environmental Conservation also responded because of an unknown substance spilling from drums, officials said.

Officials say two firefighters had minor injuries.
