30ds agoA person was struck by a train Thursday in Rockville Centre, the MTA says.
Local EMS responded to the scene around 12:45 p.m. The victim was removed alive and taken to a hospital.
Trains were still operating at a reduced speed as of 4 p.m.
There is no word on the extent of the person's injuries.
