An MS-13 gang member has pleaded guilty in the murder of a Long Island teen in 2017.
Kevin Granados-Coreas, 23, is one of three men who were accused in the attack of Julio Espantzay-Gonzalez, 19, at the Massapequa Park Preserve.
Espantzay-Gonzalez was allegedly lured into the woods by Granados-Coreas and two other men with promises of marijuana and sex.
The teenager's body was eventually found by a dogwalker.
Granados-Coreas is expected to be sentenced May 13 to 23 years to life in prison.
