Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Julian Seawright says rain will end before the morning commute, but it will be breezy to start the week.
OVERNIGHT: Heavy rain and gusty wind until midnight. Gusts may reach over 35 mph toward the east end. Temperatures are steadily near 50. 
MONDAY: Dry and sunny for the morning commute with highs near 50 and a mix of sun and clouds. Breezy with winds from the west at 10-20 mph. Cold overnight with lows near 30. 
TUESDAY: A few clouds & very cold with a stiff afternoon breeze at 15 to 25 mph. Highs in the upper 30s, feels like upper 20. Overnight lows in the mid-20s. 
WEDNESDAY: Cold start, then more clouds in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 30s. Overnight lows in the 30s.
LATE WEEK: Temperatures rebound! Highs reach mid 40s on Thursday and close to 50 on Friday and Saturday, which is near average. A chance for rain returns Friday night.
