Even though Independence Day has passed, Long Island residents can expect more fireworks this weekend.

Glen Cove's new Sea Faire festival will take place Saturday and Sunday on Garvies Point Road and will be complete with a fireworks display.

News 12 Long Island is sponsoring the festival. Reporter Andrew Ehinger will be there Sunday at the News 12 tent.

Among the fireworks shows yesterday, the Northwinds Symphonic Band performed for a crowd at the annual Morgan Park fireworks show in Glen Cove.
