An agreement has been made following a lawsuit filed against Molloy University for classes going remote at the start of the pandemic.
According to court documents, the school was being sued for charging students full tuition in Spring of 2020 when all classes and services pivoted to online.
An agreement has now been reached and Molloy will be paying $1.5 million.
Students who were enrolled at that time are entitled to a refund and were sent emails with more information.
