A candidate for Nassau Legislature who's been missing for months will stay on the ballot this November.
Court documents show democrats had filed to replace Petros Krommidas, but a county judge ruled against their petition.
As News 12 has reported, Krommidas was last seen on April 23.
His family says he parked his car by the Allegria Hotel in Long Beach and walked onto the beach to exercise.
The Democrat is running to be a legislator in Nassau’s fourth district.
