Conversation Connecticut: April is Alcohol Awareness Month

Saturday wrapped up family activities and fun the annual Middlesex Carnival.

The event sponsored by the Middlesex Boro Fire Department has been going on since Monday, featuring dozens of rides, games and vendors.

Located at Mountain View Park, next to Middlesex High School, this is the biggest fundraiser of the year for the volunteer firefighters, with all the proceeds going to support the department.

The event has been going on for over 30 years.
