A Middle Island man will be spending multiple years behind bars after he robbed a bank earlier this year.
Ralph Dominguez, 66, was sentenced to three-to-six years in prison for holding up a bank in Centereach in January.
Prosecutors say Dominguez placed his hand in his jacket to make in look like he had a gun during the incident at a Centereach M&T Bank.
Dominguez made off with more than $2,700 during the robbery.
The sentencing comes a month after Dominguez pleaded guilty to a robbery charge.
