Students shaved their heads Wednesday at Mepham High School to raise money for the St. Baldrick's Foundation.
The "Chop Your Locks For Charity" event sought to raise awareness about childhood cancer.
Richie Tiech decided to go bald in honor of his older sister, who is a childhood cancer survivor. Amanda Teich even had the honor of starting to shave her brother's head.
"I just love how much he cares about the foundation and how he does it for me," Amanda says. "I just loved him so much - it makes me very happy."
Mepham High School students have raised over $500,000 for the St. Baldrick's Foundation in the 14 years they have been doing it. They have raised $38,000 so far this year.
