Mepham High School’s 14th annual St. Baldrick's event raises money to fight childhood cancer

Over 300 students helped raise funds during the event this year, according to school officials.

Mepham High School helped raise money to fight childhood cancer with their 14th annual St. Baldrick’s event Wednesday.
Over 400,000 children around the world will be diagnosed with cancer each year, according to the St. Baldrick's Foundation.
Mephan High School has raised over $500,000 for the foundation over the past 14 years. In 2024 alone, $38,000 was raised.
Over 300 students helped raise funds during the event this year, according to school officials.
“I think it's a great, fun event that really means a lot to a lot of people,” said student Richie Tiech.
