A 34-year-old Massapequa man was indicted in Suffolk County on charges he raped and robbed a 12-year-old boy.

According to Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney, Marquise Utsey met the victim on a dating app.

The suspect allegedly went to the boy’s house and raped him while his parents were not home. Utsey is then accused of demanding money from the victim.

Utsey is charged with rape, robbery, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. He faced a judge Tuesday and his bail was set at $750,000 cash.

If convicted on the top charge, he could spend 25 years in prison.
