Mary Brennan Inn serves up over 1,000 meals a day for Long Islanders in need

The executive director says more and more people have been stopping by.

Over 200,000 Long Islanders face food insecurity and as the holiday season approaches – food pantries and soup kitchens are in dire need.
The Mary Brennan Inn is the largest soup kitchen on Long Island and they are serving between 1,200 and 1,400 meals a day.
The executive director says more and more people have been stopping by.
