Police say a man accused of placing skimming devices on Suffolk County ATMs has been arrested.

Marian Serban, 43, allegedly installed skimming devices and pinhole cameras at two Astoria Federal Savings ATMs.

Cops say the Romanian citizen installed them at the ATMs in Kings Park and Huntington Station in March. Investigators believe Serban got $9,700 from 13 victims and stole personal information from 25 bank accounts.

Police say they may be looking for an accomplice.

Serban pleaded not guilty today to felony identity theft and grand larceny charges.
