March held for Nicholas ‘Nico’ Issac on three-year anniversary of his death

A march was held in Crown Heights on Tuesday to remember Nicholas Issac on the three-year anniversary of his death.



Police say Issac, better known as “Nico,” was fatally shot on July 18, 2020. The say he was shot twice in the thigh and once in the stomach.



“I'm doing it for everybody, not just Nico,” said Michelle Allen, Issac’s mother. “But today is the day he was take it from us and I want to represent my son today and honor him with everyone else that was taken from us in gun violence.”



Police say it’s been three years since this shooting but still no arrests have been made as the investigation is ongoing.
