Mara's Southern Kitchen has been serving Cajun and Creole specialties in Muttontown Plaza since 2011.
Josh Levi, Mara’s son and business partner, says the closure is the result of the rising cost of ingredients, empty office buildings next door and a labor shortage.
The restaurant will open one last time at 2 p.m.
