Police say a Manhasset dermatologist was found unconscious and unresponsive lying in the lobby of a Manhattan building Sunday morning.

Police say Kiersten Cerveny, 38, was reportedly discovered unconscious in the entrance of a building on West 16th Street. The former beauty queen was later pronounced dead.

Though investigators initially considered Cerveny may have been the victim of a homicide, police believe she may have died of a drug overdose.

Autopsy results are still pending.

NYPD investigators believe Cerveny may have come to the building after partying in Manhattan with two other men. Those men were allegedly seen on security video carrying her body down the stairs early Sunday morning.

Dr. Cerveny was married and leaves behind three children.
