man who they say stole jewelry from a Melville store earlier this month.
Detectives tell News 12 the
man entered Whitman Jewelry & Coins on Walt Whitman Road on Nov. 4 around 1
p.m.
Police say the man then stole
a Figaro gold chain, worth about $1,500, before leaving the store and fleeing
southbound on Route 110.
Anyone with information is
asked to contact police.
