Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man who robbed a 7-Eleven at gunpoint early Saturday morning in Lindenhurst.
Authorities say the man entered the store on Wellwood Avenue just after 7 a.m., displayed his gun and demanded cash.
He took the money and cigarettes before fleeing the scene.
The suspect was wearing dark clothing with a mask and gloves, according to police.
