Police are searching for an
armed man who robbed a gas station in East Hills.
The incident happened just
after 4:30 a.m. Monday at the Mobil Gas Station on Glen Cove Road.
Detectives say the robber
approached an employee, grabbed his arm, placed a firearm to the victim's back,
and demanded money. The victim complied.
The suspect then fled
westbound on the North Service Road.
