A road rage incident on the Long Island Expressway left at least one person involved with teary eyes. A Hicksville man says he?s the victim of a pepper spray assault following an altercation at Exit 41 on the LIE. He says Michael Sidor of King?s Park sprayed him in his face after the two argued on the road and found themselves side by side at a stop light on Route 106/107. Police say the victim hit Sidor?s car after temporarily losing his vision. They say Sidor then left the scene. Despite the temporary blindness, the victim was able to get Sidor?s plate numbers. That enabled police to get a hold of him. He was arrested for second-degree assault. Sidor says he was acting in self-defense.The victim was not badly injured. Sidor is currently out on bail.
