A man was killed in an industrial accident outside of a Rocky Point pool store.
It happened around 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Swim King on Route 25A.
Police say 21-year-old Josue Rodriguez became trapped under a forklift after it fell on its side.
The victim was taken to John T. Mather Memorial Hospital in Port Jefferson and pronounced dead.
Police say the incident does not appear to be criminal in nature.
