A man in Poughkeepsie has been arrested and charged for allegedly setting fire to the same building three times.
Town police say Patrick Curran is now facing three counts of arson.
Those charges stem from three recent fires at the abandoned Schatz Bearing Corp. on Fairview Avenue.
Police say that officers observed a man in firefighting gear watching the most recent fire Thursday morning.
Authorities say he was identified as the person of interest in connection to similar fires at the same building on Aug. 31 and Sept. 9.
Curran is being held at the Dutchess County Jail.
