The Florida man accused of killing a woman in 1997 on Long Island has waived his extradition hearing.

The victim, Tanya Denise Jackson, known as 'Peaches,’ was long-associated with the Gilgo Beach murders.

Andrew Dykes, 43, of Orlando, FL signed an extradition waiver Wednesday.

Dykes is charged with murdering Tanya in 1997.

As News 12 has reported, the woman’s remains were identified in April, along with her 2-year-old daughter, Tatiana.

The victims were believed to be linked to the Gilgo Beach killings because of the location where their remains were found -- off Ocean Parkway and Hempstead Lake State Park.

Dykes has not been charged in connection to the death of Tatiana at this time.
