Police say they have nabbed the man accused of taking pictures of children without consent in Smithtown.
Robert Colyvas, 29, of Kings Park, is accused of walking into a Gold Medal Gymnastics Center one afternoon last month and taking pictures of children and staff.
Police sent an alert out seeking a suspect Tuesday, and Colyvas was arrested shortly after.
He’s been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and will face a judge Wednesday.
