A Hempstead man is accused of making a bomb threat at the Roosevelt Field mall.
Police say Elvis Governor called 911 Thursday and claimed there was a bomb in the Macy's on Old Country Road in East Garden City.
As News 12 previously reported, shoppers were evacuated and bomb-sniffing dogs were sent in.
Police say no explosives were found and the store reopened a few hours later.
Governor was arrested Saturday and is charged with making a terroristic threat.
