At the crossroads of I-95 and I-91 in New Haven, sits the landmark Pirelli Building.
The building was once the headquarters to the Armstrong Rubber Company – designed by famed architect Marcel Breuer.
The building was left empty for years until Westport architect and developer Bruce Becker rebuilt it as a the first zero emissions hotel in the U.S.
