Long Island golf fans looking to grab some Ryder Cup gear and beat the crowds will have their chance.

The Ryder Cup merchandise tent is open from Friday through Monday ahead of the major golf event that expects thousands to descend upon Bethpage Black starting next week.

Shoppers have their pick of a wide variety of T-shirts, golf shirts, hats and other Ryder Cup items.

While some said the prices were a bit steep, most said it was about what they were expecting.

The shop is open to the general public through Monday.

Parking is free and a ticket is not needed to check it out.
