News 12 is featuring Union Steak and Sushi in Southampton.

The restaurant's menu includes its signature sushi rolls. A Bao Bun (made with hoisin barbecue cut pork loin and crispy onions) is an appetizer option. On the list of entrees you'll find Australian grass-fed lamb chops and pan-seared striped sea bass.
