You can support Long Island restaurants while getting a great dining deal this week. It's the Long Island Restaurant Week!

Here are some of the restaurants offering deals:

La Tavola in Sayville offers fresh country Italian cuisine with flair. Some of the favorites on their restaurant week menu are the french cut pork chop as a main course, the grilled romaine as a first course, and for something sweet, the chocolate peanut butter cake for dessert.

Ruvo West Restaurant in Greenlawn has a rustic feel with trendy cuisine and a diverse wine list. A highlight on their menu are the meatballs.

And for classic Italian dining, visit Verona Ristorante in Farmingdale. On their restaurant week menu you'll find rack of lamb and many seafood options too.

Long Island Restaurant Week runs through Sunday. The three courses costs $25, $35 or $42. Many restaurants also offer a $20 two-course lunch. For the full list click here.
