As we head into the weekend, there are plenty of fall festivals happening islandwide.
That includes the Long Island Fall Festival in Huntington, which starts Friday.
The festival includes three stages of entertainment, 250 vendors and 25 food trucks.
Six Harbors Brewery will be hosting the beer tent that will feature craft beers and wines from across Long Island.
“The big word of this weekend everybody should think that we don't think of lately is fun,” says Huntington Fall Festival chairman Brian Yudewitz. “We want everybody to have fun!”
The rides at the festival are provided by Mike Newton from Newton Rides.
The festival runs through Monday at Heckscher Park. The festival starts at 11 a.m. and runs through 9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, the hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
