The Long Island Association hosted its annual "What's New in Washington" event Monday morning at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.

More than 700 business leaders watched as Long Island U.S. Reps. Nick LaLota (R-Amityville), Andrew Gabarino (R-Bayport), Tom Suozzi (D-Glen Cove) and Laura Gillen (D-Rockville Centre) fielded questions on affordability, the war in Iran, energy sources and bipartisanship.

LIA acting president & CEO Stacey Sikes moderated the hourlong panel discussion.
