Moms have a lot on their plate, whether they express it or not.
A new study takes a closer look into moms and mental health - and finds that their mental health is really taking a toll.

Working mothers are also increasingly stressed about the financial health of their families, affordable living costs and inflation.
Less than 40% of these mothers are currently seeking help for mental well-being.
Cara McNulty, president of behavioral health and mental well-being at CVS Health, explains what moms can do if they're feeling any of these symptoms.
