A judge has sentenced a New Jersey man to probation for his role during the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.

James Breheny, of Little Ferry, will have to serve 36 months of probation. Breheny, who is also a member of the Oath Keepers, pleaded guilty to federal charges last year.

Officials say videos from the riot show Breheny inside the Capitol. They say that he also shared text messages bragging about getting inside.

Breheny must also serve the first six of the 36 months of probation on house arrest.
