Lifeguards in Long Beach came to the rescue of a stranded dolphin Tuesday.
Witnesses say the dolphin had some gashes and appeared to be injured.
News 12 was told that lifeguards pushed the dolphin back into the water at around 5:30 p.m. after consulting wildlife officials.
