LIA Foundation, Optimum team up to support small businesses in the area

Small businesses are getting some much-needed support.
The Long Island Association Foundation and Optimum, the parent company of News 12, announced they will be awarding grants worth $5,000 each to 40 small businesses on Long Island.
Fifty small businesses were awarded similar grants last year.
In addition, two small businesses will be awarded $25,000 grants, including one in Nassau and one in Suffolk.
