The Legal Aid Society is calling on the NYPD to fire two officers after releasing body cam video of them allegedly beating a man on the subway.
The nonprofit released body cam video obtained from the NYPD showing the incident.
The Legal Aid Society says the 30-year-old was riding the subway home to Brooklyn when officers Adonis Long and Shimul Saha approached him about taking up two seats.
They then demanded he get off the train, and when he moved to another car, they allegedly assaulted him, and threw him off the train.
He was then arrested, and the Society is now asking all charges against him to be dismissed.
