Isaac Lapidus allegedly sold counterfeit products, including more than 200,000 Nintendo Switch Docking Stations, 10,000 Switch Dock Adapters and more than 15,000 Pokemon Go Plus Accessories on Amazon.

Nassau County District Attorney Anne Donnelly said the sales equaled more than $2 million from five seller accounts.

The defendant’s warehouse is located at 4217 Austin Blvd. in Island Park, the DA said. A search warrant was executed on Sept. 2 and dozens of counterfeit Nintendo items were found inside.

The district attorney said another arrest is expected in this case.

Lapidus pleaded not guilty at his arraignment. His lawyer has not returned News 12's call for comment.
