A law enforcement source confirms an arrest has been made in the 2021 acid attack on a woman in Elmont.

As News 12 has reported, a man was caught on camera throwing acid at Nafiah Ikram in March of 2021 while she was walking up her driveway.

Ikram suffered first- and second-degree burns to her face and her right eye and arms. She also had limited vision in one eye.
