The Make-A-Wish Foundation is celebrating its 44th anniversary. The charity was founded on April 29, 1980. To mark the occasion, it created World Wish Day.

There is an 8-year-old from Morganville who will never forget the day.

Joseph is a huge Super Mario Bros. fan. It was his wish to go to Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios in California.

Joseph has a heart condition. Make-A-Wish surprised him at The Learning Experience in Old Bridge to tell him that he and his family would be going to California for his ninth birthday next month.
