Islanders star Anders Lee is hoping people will help him fight cancer by raising money through a Kan Jam event this weekend.

The annual "Jam Cancer in Kan" event raises money for cancer, and it's the first time it's being held on Long Island.

News 12's Kevin Maher chatted with Lee about the event, which takes place Sept. 16 at Northwell Health Ice Center at 12:30 p.m.
