Norwalk resident James Vasquez is a U.S. military veteran and tells News 12 there was no option for him to sit back when he saw Russia invade Ukraine back in February. So, he took matters into his own hands, collecting medical equipment, military gear and renewing his passport to get to the front lines to fight.
