Nurses, who say they look forward to the annual tradition, sewed some of the costumes by hand.

Infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at NYU Langone in Mineola were all dressed up for their first Halloween.
Nurses, who say they look forward to the annual tradition, sewed some of the costumes by hand.
Parents say they will cherish the memory with their newborns.
"He's a turtle ninja," said Giselle Guevara, of her son Tiago. "The reason for the costume is because he's a warrior."
