Embattled Rep. George Santos could face a third expulsion vote this week.
The upcoming vote follows a scathing ethics committee report that alleges Santos illegally used campaign funds to pay for personal expenses.
Santos is also facing a 23-count federal indictment.
If Santos were to be expelled, a new representative would be chosen by special election within 90 days.
Speaking on the X Spaces social media platform Friday night, Santos said, "Right now, my next direction is surviving the expulsion vote and I have done the math over and over and it does not look good"
Expulsion would require a two-thirds vote in Congress.
