The House has passed a measure to fully fund the World Trade Center Health Program through 2090.

The program provides treatment for approximately 135,000 Sept. 11 first responders and survivors.

Bayport Congressman Andrew Garbarino tells News 12, "this legislation fixes the funding formula so responders and survivors can count on care for the rest of their lives, without uncertainty or delays."

The Senate now has to approve the measure.
