Holiday bus travels throughout Nassau County to spread cheer, teach safety

Santa is traveling to schools and community centers to teach bus safety on the festively decorated buses of the Nassau County Inter-County Express (NICE).
He shared his knowledge on Tuesday to 75 pre-school students at the Carousel Day School in Hicksville.
"We all have to share the bus and we also have to remember that the bus has to remain our transportation to everywhere we go and the more we respect it and each other the safer our trip is," he says.
It's the seventh year NICE has run the holiday bus in an effort to spread holiday cheer through respecting one another and safety.
Santa and the NICE bus will also be making stops in Baldwin, Roosevelt, Oceanside and Hempstead Tuesday and Wednesday.
