The event is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.
Below are some of the events being held across Long Island:

Hempstead Village event:

  • Where: Hempstead Police Department, 99 James A. Garner Way
  • Time 5 p.m.

Suffolk County Police Department Events:

1) Where: Smith Haven Mall  
Time: 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
2) Where: Roberto Clemente Park in Brentwood
Time: 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
3) Where: Centereach Pool
Time: 7:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. 

North Hempstead Town events:

1) Where: Whitney Pond Park (Community Drive & Community Drive East) in Manhasse
Time: 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
2) Where: Martin "Bunky" Reid Park (Broadway and Swalm Street) Westbur
Time: 5:30 p.m
3) Where: Lion Field (25 Glenn Lane) in Port Washington
Time: 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Suffolk Sheriff Event:

  • Where: Fireman's Memorial Park - 724 Middle Country Road, Ridge
  • Time: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Uniondale Event:

  • Where: Cornelius Court Elementary School, 1060 Cornelius Court 
  • Time: 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Freeport Police Department event:

  • Where: Northeast Park (Bishop White Memorial Park)100 Parsons Avenue 
  • Time: 6 – 8 p.m.

NCPD Event in Valley Stream:

  • Where: Wheeler Avenue Elementary School - 1 Wheeler Avenue, Valley Stream
  •  Time: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.  

GLEN COVE PD Event:

  • Where: Bridge Street in front of the Glen Cove Police Department 
  •  Time: 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

NCPD Event in Baldwin: 

  •  Where: Baldwin Senior High School, 841 Ethel T. Kloberg Drive, Baldwin
